      Should you be a registered company in Europe with a VAT Number, we can issue a tax free invoice provided you complete all the relevant boxes in your member account.

You can choose to use PayPal at formamarine.com for a convenient method to complete your order. Simply follow the steps during checkout. You can set up your PayPal using your debit or credit card.
    • What forms of payment does formamarine.com accept?

      Formamarine.com accepts PayPal, bank wire transfers and credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners (all payments made using the card are processed securely through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank). We do not accept payments by cheque unfortunately.
    • Secure Payment with Credit Card

      All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

  • Shipping and Order Tracking

    • How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

      After your order is submitted you will be redirected to an order confirmation page with your order number. If you have reached this page, you can be assured that your order did go through and will be processed. You should also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is submitted.
    • How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

      Depending on the service chosen, we will inform you accordingly.
    • How much does international shipping cost?

      Shipping costs vary with every order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you during check out. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight or volume of the package, shipping location and method of delivery. If you are not succesful with obtaining this, we invite you to contact us.
    • My order is later than expected – what shall I do?

      Please contact us for us to follow up your shipment as best as possible.
    • Where do you ship to?

      We try our best to ship all over the world.
    • How can I change my delivery address?

      Simply get in touch with us via email or telephone no later than 2 days after order confirmation and we will try our best to amend the registered delivery address.

      Most products are supplied fully assembled whilst some will need minor assembly, in which case instructions are given inside each carton. 
    • Do I need to store my furniture?

    • Where are Forma Ltd products manufactured?

      Forma Ltd products are mainly manufactured in Greece. Some products are by exception produced in China but under our very strict specifications and instructions.
    • Do you sell to other businesses?
