Returns & Refunds

Forma products are carefully inspected and thoroughly packed before these are shipped so that they reach you in good condition. Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects for a period of 24 months after the purchase date.
If you purchased your Forma product directly through us and after having read the rules and conditions regarding "Warranty" , "Returns" and "Refunds" you are eligible for this policy, please contact us by telephone or email using the contact form.
Should you have acquired a Forma product via our dealers, please forward your request directly to them.

Returns

In order to proceed with repairing or replacing the defective product, Forma Ltd will require proof of purchase followed by a written claim. Before returning a product, it is necessary first to obtain our written consent and authorization.

In the event that the defective product is covered under our warranty policy, Forma Ltd will repair or replace it and send it to the purchaser.

The shipping costs for returning the defective product is undertaken completely by the customer.
We will repair or replace the complete product or a component of it provided it has not been discontinued. In this event we will provide a similar item.

Refunds

In order to proceed with refunding you the value of the defective product, Forma Ltd will require proof of purchase followed by a written claim which will be accompanied by photos of the said product. In certain cases, Forma Ltd will request to receive additional information.

In the event that the defective product is covered under our warranty policy, Forma Ltd will refund the purchaser.

No refunds will be applied to products that are non-defective.
